Have
you meet the new Girl of the Year Doll for 2014?
As
Isabelle is a Girl of the Year, she and her items will only be available
from January 2014 to December 2014 and will then be retired.
Doll-
Isabelle
Palmer is
the twelfth Girl of the Year released by the American Girl Doll
company. She was released in 2014 and will be available for only
one year before retirement. She is considered the Girl of
the Year for 2014. Isabelle is a ten-year-old girl who lives
in Washington, DC. She loves to dance and performs ballet and modern dance. She
auditions for the Anna Hart School of Arts and is able to enroll. Isabelle
can't help but compare her to other dancers and often gets performance anxiety.
Her big sister Jade also attends, which is one of the reasons why Isabelle
feels overshadowed. Isabelle loves to sew and design her own dance costumes, as
the teachers often like her to design costumes. Her best friends are Luisa, a
fellow dancer at the school and Gabriel, a magician.

Isabelle

available separately. Jade Palmer is Isabelle's older sister who also
studies at the Anna Hart School of The Arts.
Jade
is a very advanced student at Anna Hart and mostly excels in their Dance
Program. Jade uses her dance talents to help her little sister Isabelle, who is
a new student at Anna Hart.

2- Designs by Isabelle- as GOTY 2014 rehearses her ballet routine for The Nutcracker,
she wonders if she'll ever master her pirouettes, especially with her classmate
Renata pointing out her every mistake. She tries focusing on the other parts of
the production she enjoys: exploring the costume and props room and helping out
with costumes for some of the younger dancers.

3: To The Stars Isabelle- GOTY 14 is doing great at the Anna Hart School of
the Arts--her dancing idol Jackie Sanchez even invites her to go on tour! GOTY
2014 jumps on board, but she quickly finds that the traveling show has its
challenges, not the least of which is bossy Renata who was invited to come,
too.
